Bupyeong Miracle Library is a children's library that was opened on March 10, 2006 at 499-1 Bugae-dong. The library contains 18,000 books and operates especially-designed rooms including the reading room and circle room. It is aimed at helping the local children realize their dreams and hopes by providing them with the necessary knowledge and information.

Bupyeong History Museum was built on March 29, 2007 and was opened inside the 2nd Gunrin Park Samsan 1 Land Development Area Samsan-dong. This museum was built in order to revive the Bupyeong’s history and culture and to contribute to the establishment of local identity and inheritance of traditional culture.

Bupyeong Culture Center was built on May 1, 1998 in order to improve Bupyeong's native culture and to enhance the residents' sense of culture and art. This cultural center operates cultural schools, morning cultural class and other cultural programs in order to actively promote the local culture.

Bupyeong Cultural Guest Room is defined by three keywords namely, “friendliness”, “profitability”, and “credibility”. It reflects the "friendliness" that enables anyone to visit it without hesitation, "profitability" that is fun, inspirational and educational, and "credibility" that can be trusted in terms of content and quality. Founded firmly on these keywords, Bupyeong Cultural Guest Room suitably supports various high-quality activities for the culture and arts. In addition, it enhances the local artists' desire for creative work by seeking resources and workforce for culture and art in Bupyeong area, providing performance stage, and promoting other activities that would further inspire creativity and genius.
